Department of Zoology

Zoology department was established in 2016 under Bodoland University (Assam). It offers undergraduate courses. It follows strict UGC syllabus and courses as per CBCS. The department has sufficient laboratory equipments to run the undergraduate courses with separate laboratory facilities for honours students. Besides offering degree, department also aims to spread the awareness regarding the importants of different life systems, presently surrounding us. Students also take part in different social activities outside the college.  At present the faculty strength is 3 (three) with good teaching experiences. Alumni of the department are pursuing higher educaton in reputed institutions in India. The department has ample scopes in pursuing higher studies. It provides up to date teaching curricula. Besides studying, students can enjoy various co curricular activities including field trips, educational excursions etc.
